It was held a meeting with a regional representative of Astron Buildings SA Company (Luxembourg), E.Kushenov. During the meeting was signed a protocol of intent for joint promotion of ASTRON Buildings SA company's products on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the end of the meeting it was held a festive dinner.
02.09.2008 // Basis MC has exercised initiative of creation of the Managers Association (KR)
Heads of the number of companies which are carrying out their activity in the Kyrgyz Republic, have exercised initiative of creation of the Managers Association. The project was supported by the Russian Managers Association, the Embassy of the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic.
12.02.2008 // Cooperation with Limited Liability Company K-Dialogue
Basis MC and K-Dialogue LLC, representing interests of one of the Kazakhstan investment companies, have started cooperation in sphere of development in the Kirghiz Republic. The general plan of works on the first object is determined. Basis MC has begun realization of the first stage: "Development of the Preliminary Concept of object".

By now, we have determined the project's development strategy. A design studio is established and the first collection for presentation is being developed.
A number of outsourcing companies for placement of contracts is determined. We have established business relations with potential distributors of ready-made clothes manufactured under the project.
13.09.2007 // Meeting with STEINERT INDUSTRIES authorized representative
Mr. Victor Steinert, authorized representative of STEINERT INDUSTRIES has visited Basis Management Company.
In the course of the meeting the sides discussed the prospects of mutual cooperation on organization of production of construction materials in the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed their intention on development of collaboration in this area.

At the meeting which was held in Basic Management Company office, Russian side was represented by Mr. Murashkin Yu.A., Director General of Bolshoy Gorod LLC (Moscow), Mr. Zhukovskiy V.N. Deputy President of Russian Board of EurAsEC Business Council, and Mr. Rigin I.V., Deputy Director of Internaitonal CIS Bank Treasury as well as Mr. Sarbagyshev N.B., Director of International CIS Bank Representative Office. Basis Company was represented by its Director, Mr. Dushaliev Bolot.
Parties discussed the range of issues on bilateral cooperation and signed Protocols of Intents on cooperation in the sphere of development and construction of Cement Plant in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
04.09.2007 // Visiting of 14th Kazakhstan International Exhibit "KazBuild 2007", Almaty, Kazakhstan
Basic company officers visited 14th Kazakhstan International Exhibit "Construction and Interior, Heating and Ventilation, Windows and Doors, Facades – KazBuild 2007", taking place from September 4 to 7 in Atakent KCDS, Almaty (Kazakhstan).
The purpose of the trip was in conclusion of contracts and signing of Protocols of Intent.
01.09.2007 // NeoPrint Printing House signs Management Contract with Basis Management Company
NeoPrint LLC owners decided to transfer operational management functions to Basis Management Company.
NeoPrint produces a wide range of printing products by application of offset printing on the basis of up-to-date equipment of Heidelberg company (Germany).
According to outlined development strategy, NeoPrint printing house is planning to take a significant share of Kyrgyzstan market.
24.08.2007 // Cooperation with Centras Venture Fund JSC, Republic of Kazakhstan
Tobyl Zhylkybaev, President of Centras Venture Fund JSC, arrived at the office of Basis Company within the framework of business trip to Bishkek.
The principal issue of the meeting was to discuss the mechanisms of investment funds activities, and a possibility of establishment of such funds in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Basis Company considered this meeting as an important step promoting the establishment of funds of direct investment and unit investment funds in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The parties agreed to provide each other with consulting and other assistance to promote this issue.
22.08.2007 // Meeting with the Head of Secretariat of Investment Board under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic
Bolot Diushaliev, Director of Basis Company, and Talaibek Koichumanov, Head of Secretariat of Investment Board under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, met at the office of Basis Management Company.
They discussed the issues of foreign investment attraction to the real sector of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The participants of the meeting admitted the need for the development of mechanisms promoting the investment process.
The parties expressed their intention to develop cooperation in this regard.

Today Basis Company and Domostroitel Ltd. met to discuss a wide range of issues of proposed cooperation.
Saveliev V.Z., Chairman of the Board, and Burmitsky N.N., General Director, on behalf of Domostroitel Ltd., and Bolot Diushaliev, Director, on behalf of Basis Company, met at the office of Basis.
The main issue of the meeting was to discuss projects regarding the organization of production of construction materials in the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to develop their cooperation and mutually beneficial relations between the companies.
